BOOKINGS

You are required to provide information such as your name, your contact details, your phone number and address, your puppy and/or dogs name, vaccination status, microchip details, valid email address, type of training, and other information regarding your puppy and/or dog as required.  
All invoices and information such as handouts etc will be emailed through to your email address. 

PAYMENTS

All Payments must be paid in full and cleared into the PADS Bank Account or Paypal Account before lesson can be given.

CANCELLATIONS

PADS Requires a minimum of 48hrs to cancel your booking.
All requests for cancellations must be received with a minimum of 48hrs notice for a full refund to be applied less 25% of the cost for administration charges.
Like all small business I would much prefer that we hold a credit on your account to be reused when you are able to do this and this can be discussed at the time of cancelation.
If I need to cancel a session I will do my utmost to give you as much notice as is possible, however matters outside of my hands such as natural disasters, illness etc I will do my best to organise another session as soon as possible for you.

RESCHEDULES

For all reschedules please note I am normally booked out at least 4 weeks in advance and I will do my very best to get you into a slot as soon as possible.  My aim is to try and keep you and your pets training as consistent as we can to get the ultimate benefit for everyone and to set you and your pet up for success.

PRIVATE TRAINING

PADS offers Private Training and Consultation and In-Home Consultation.  
You accept that private training course length, however if I feel that your session needs to be shortened I will let you know and organise to tag on an extra lesson to the values time of what was not able to be conducted.
Private training may occur in public or at public parks or at the owners home.
In the event private training occurs at your home, you warrant that your home is free from danger and is not unsafe to attend.

VACCINATIONS 

All puppies and/or dogs attending training must vaccinated and microchipped and up to date with their vaccinations specific for their age group, and in good health. If your dog or cat is not microchipped then I can do this for you at a cost of $15.

All puppies/dogs must be free from parasites, regularly wormed and tick and/or flea treated.

Puppies who have only had one vaccination will have a private consult in their home.

You must not bring your puppy and/or dog to a lesson if he/she is exhibiting symptoms such as cough, sickness, vomiting, diarrhoea, or is in season. 

SAFETY & ETIQUETTE

You must provide honest and accurate information about your puppy and/or dog including but not limited to its vaccinations, treatments, nature, behaviour and general health, or any other information relevant to its care, prior to attending a session.

I reserve the right to decline or cancel your booking if any inaccurate or dishonest information is provided by you, or I consider that your puppy and/or dog poses a threat to other dogs or trainers.
 
PADS-Personal Assistance Dog Solutions discourages physical or mental intimidation and/or punishment. This behaviour is strictly prohibited during any lessons.  

As a trainer I will do my best to control your puppy and/or dog’s attending a session, I may not be able to control canine aggression resulting from genetic or environmental factors. In the event that I as your trainer deem your dog or puppy is not suitable for a session then you agree to accept that decision in our absolute discretion and a refund will be offered for the session.

While PADS-Personal Assistance Dog Solutions aims to provide a safe and friendly environment for training and will provide professional advice on how to manage and maintain your puppy and or dog’s behaviour, you accept that your puppy and/or dog may not respond to the training program.  
PADS-Personal Assistance Dog Solutions is not liable for any inaccurate assertions. 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PADS-Personal Assistance Dog Solutions – ABN 24 928 224 153 will not in any event be liable to you for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use training sessions offered by PADS-Personal Assistance Dog Solutions.

PADS-Personal Assistance Dog Solutions – ABN 24 928 224 153 hereby expressly disclaims without limitation warranties of accuracy, reliability, non-infringement, or any other guarantee or representation of any information contained herein or provided by PADS-Personal Assistance Dog Solutions.
 
You acknowledge and agree that your puppy and/or dogs attendance lessons/sessions is subject to your own judgement and evaluation of PADS-Personal Assistance Dog Solutions and that you are satisfied as to the suitability and condition of the PADS-Personal Assistance Dog Solutions.
 
You hereby forever release PADS-Personal Assistance Dog Solutions – ABN 24 928 224 153 from all claims, past, present, and future, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of PADS-Personal Assistance Dog Solutions and its products or services.
